Some folks on my favorite forum frankblack.net posted a link to muxtape.com a couple of days ago, and I have been caught up in it ever since. A pretty simple idea, really. You create an account, upload some songs, and anyone you want can access your mix and listen.

And it's great quality stuff, as well (well, as good as the quality of the file you upload). Anyway, a couple of my favorite mixes:
